At the end of Aug after a terrible school summer holiday I did a self referral to the Wellbeing Hub.
Mid Sept I had an initial assessment.
End Sep I had the short follow up saying I would be added to the list for Behavioural Activation.
End Oct I had my first appointment with the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP). They are meant to be every 2 weeks, but she's on leave so the next one will be end of Nov.
Meanwhile, I (think I) am doing much better in myself. I didn't click with the PWP.
It's going to be worksheets and stuff - I've done it all before. It's on the phone, you don't get a closeness or a feeling of trust.
I don't know though - I know my resilience is low. Sometimes I feel great and really positive, other times the smallest thing can reduce me to tears and thoughts if "what's the point".
