Anxiety and uncertainty

I'm currently suffering from anxiety, depression and a lot I think is rooted in uncertainty. I'm surrounded by support and people say in time, things will be better.

I have some big changes coming up after Christmas and I hope by then things will have, at least, started to sort themselves.

So how do I get a grip and get through the next few months in one piece? It seems such a huge hurdle at the moment.

Recognise that anxiety, in this instance, is natural and normal. It's the emotion that tells you things are too important to ignore/forget - in this case everything you need to prepare for the changes in your life.

Have a look at - I think it will help you.
