Sertaline making me worse

Hi I’m 38 weeks pregnant. The last few months I’ve been really bad with panic attacks and not sleeping. Or waking up every hour I think it’s down the Sertaline I’m taking anyone else experienced this?

I have those symptoms and am not on Sertaline (I had to stop because it caused me to pass out). Maybe they are symptoms of our illness, rather than medication?

Have you read the notes in with your packet of medicine?

How long have you been on this medication?
I understood that anti-anxiety meds can make you feel worse for a while before you feel better.
