So worried about my husband’s mh but he refuses to see GP

Advice please - I think he is suffering a breakdown of sorts . Long- standing issues coming to a head again - he has always tried to do so much himself to deal with it but I think he need meds probably . He just refuses and says he can handle it himself .

but he’s taken to bed mostly, crying then numb . It’s awful am just about holding it together but how can I get him seen without his permission?

You can't. But you can get help and support for you.

You can't do anything without his permission. You may be able to get some help if you think he's a danger to himself or someone else though.

What you can do is find your own support to help you through this. It's not easy supporting someone through something like this.
