Brain fog - help!

Hi all,
Looking for some similar experiences if anyone also has brain fog on a regular basis.
I have been experiencing really bad brain fog to the point where I’m quite spaced out. I eat healthily, don’t drink caffeine, have generalised anxiety, sometimes take Kalms or Rescue Remedy, sleep well every night, go for a daily walk and sometimes do yoga/meditation.

Is there anything else I could be doing to get rid of brain fog?! Please help! If there’s anything that has helped you, I’d love to hear.

Thanks!

How are old are you? This was one of my symptoms of peri-menopause and within 2 days of starting HRT it had gone.

Hello! I’m 27, haven’t had kids. Hope I’m not going through early menopause!

Hi! Did you ever get to the bottom of this??

Hello! Yes, I did. It turned out to be generalised anxiety disorder. I had such strong anxiety that it was causing brain fog. My therapist helped me realise this, and I decided to start taking a daily dose of 10mg Citalopram. My brain fog completely disappeared within three weeks of starting Citalopram in November, and I haven’t had a single day of brain fog (or anxiety or panic attacks!) since then.
I hope your brain fog gets better. There are a whole host of things that could cause it, and anxiety/stress is definitely one of them.

Best wishes x
