Can a new lump appear 2 months after a clear ultrasound?

I am 28f and do struggle with health anxiety. I did have a breast reduction 2 years ago and since then I’ve become more lumpy which increased my anxiety and hence I got multiple ultrasounds done. My latest one was 2 months ago, however I can now feel a new lump and I wanted to ask, what the chances are for a malignant lump to develop in such a short amount of time?

I would say small. I’d go to gp and ask them to examine and go from there .

Extremely unlikely. Cysts though are very common and can develop overnight. They are overwhelmingly benign.

Breast lumps are very common after breast reduction surgery due to scarring, fat necrosis and development of small cysts called "oil cysts" .
Also Breast cancer risk in your 20s is low.
Almost certainly any new lumps you find will be the result of the breast reduction surgery but it's important to always have new breast lumps checked out.
