I was on citalopram in and off for a long time…around 8 years or so. I came off it a year ok, felt crap, but said I’d give it a year to see if I could cope without it. I can’t and desperately need to go back on it but I am so busy at work that I don’t think I could cope with the side effects that come when starting on it. If I start on a low dose of 10mg would the side effects be less and then gradually increase the dose up to my old dose of 30mg? Anyone have experience of this?

I never had any side effects when I started taking this.

It took a good few weeks to kick in, but other than that I've been fine.

When I’ve taken it before I’ve felt brain fog for first few weeks…I really need to go back on it…keep having anxiety attacks and constant anxiety…it’s ruining my life
