I am really really struggling.
I'm on anti depressants, on HRT but my family life, personal life, health and career seem to be imploding around me.

I don't know where to turn! Any suggestions?

I don't have money worries. My family are healthy and doing ok. My husband loves me. We have a stable home. I've a good job.

But F*!!!! I feel I can't carry on at all.

Where do people turn for help?????

Hey OP, you've come to a good starting point for help, and it really depends on what you're looking for help with.

But your GP could be a first port of call, or if it's more urgent you could call the Samaritans.

And I'm not able to tell from your post. Is your personal life, family, health, career good or imploding?

Private therapy?

Sleepymum5O · 30/09/2022 15:14

I second private therapy. Get a well qualified one eg chartered clinical psychologist.
