Brain zaps

Does any one get these? I can only describe it as a couple seconds jolt or zap in my head, followed by an intense sense of panic. I am not on any medication or withdrawing but do suffer with long term anxiety. Specifically looking for anyone who has these who isn’t with drawing
thanks

Did you find out about this? I have (I think) the same thing… it scares me!

Once I had an episode where if felt like my brain had gone like a TV with no signal (think TVs in 1990s with those fuzzy white dots). It scared me. Hasn't happened since but I'd be seeing a GP if it did.

Just found this thread, I am currently experiencing this, not withdrawing, my mood has dipped severely over last 2 or 3 days. Zaps worse in evening.

I had it for a month after I stopped sertraline.

I dont get them now they do eventually go away.
What I found is taking the tablet at half doses. Then every other day. Then only when I got brain zaps then nothing.

Took a month to come off.
