Has anyone taken this medication for anxiety, panic and the symptoms of anxiety?
Did you get any unwanted side effects.

Yes and no noticeable side effects. I was in a bad way when I took it so not sure how much it did or didn’t do but I do think it played a role in my recovery. Along with SSRI, a bit of CBT and rest. I wouldn’t hesitate to take it again.

Yes, it was brilliant. Really helped me recover as I wasn't constantly terrified of having a panic attack. I was waking up having them so impossible to control using CBT.

They made me a bit more tired than usual, that's all.

Amazing for panic disorder

I take 10mg twice a day and then I take the additional odd tablet here and there if I feel panic rising in me.

It’s a very low dose but it does the trick.

No side effects at all.

I take it twice a day alongside Citalopram. I have no side effects and bonus, reduces migraines too.
It is good for panic & anxiety disorders.

I take it for blood pressure/my heart but I have anxiety as well. I have some control over how much I take, so have +/- an extra 40mg a day in reserve. I find that even after many years on it, 40mg makes me feel tired and like I'm wading through treacle. So I take 60 at night and 40 at about 5am and go back to sleep. If I'm a bit anxious 20 will help me calm down. If it's full blown panic I need alprazolam or lorazepam!
