After over 18 months of being on 2 daily prescription pick ups, being sectioned several times and just generally really struggling I'm finally stable enough to move to weekly pick ups! Seriously so excited, I never thought I'd get to this point

Well done! I'm sure it wasnt easy but you still did it. My daughter is sometimes in the same situation. I've seen her struggle so it's really lovely to hear your news that you are able to do weekly pick ups. That's some achievement.

I hope things go well for you. Don't get upset if you take a few steps back, just be kind to yourself. Winter can be tricky so just try short walks and eat some nice food.

Best wishes x

Thanks all! I honestly wasn't sure I'd ever get to this point. But I'm also hopefully starting stable employment next week so things are honestly looking up so much

This is amazing @missbipolar well done ❤️
I remember the joy of when they finally put me on fortnightly pick ups - felt like I was finally trusted to be in control of my own medication again.
