Cut out caffeine immediately, drink more water. Get more rest and while you’re lying on the sofa start reading a good translation of Marcus Aurelius the Meditations 👍

For me, I use the headspace app to try and meditate before bed.

Minimal cardio, with long walks instead of anything else; two or three rest days between intense exercise sessions.

Diet-wise, no caffeine. No processed foods or added sugar (I've failed this utterly this evening and can feel my body reacting already 😫).
