I have OCD and my thoughts get fixated and I ruminate (thoughts on repeat) daily. They can be about anything and can cause me crippling anxiety whether it's mental or physical. Recently after a traumatic Miscarriage,
Getting dizzy, passing out and hospital stay i became anxious over becoming dizzy again and it happening again.
Which I know this is jus anxiety but it's causing me to have blurry vision and when I calm
Down and accept it as a anxiety symptom it goes away. Can anyone help at all ? Thanks
Xx

Dr Claire Weekes Self Help For Your Nerves. Very helpful book which explains these symptoms of anxiety and how to deal with them. X

I think anxiety is a really serious medical condition that needs proper treatment. Please speak to your GP. For me, CBT and SSRI medication did the trick. Could luck x

I also agree with the Claire Weeks book, she explains how blurry eyes occur with anxiety for starters! Very helpful and you can reread the important bits when you are getting anxious. I think getting additional help and support through your GP or local services would also be an excellent idea, ours allow you to self-refer for CBT for anxiety,
