I don’t really know why I’m posting this but I have no one else to tell. I so so desperately want to end my life to end this constant pain I feel and have felt for years. The only thing stopping me is I don’t want to hurt my family but recently I think I can get over that

Do you have a GP or psych looking after your mental health? Have you told them this?
