No, I’m so sorry you feel like this. Are you receiving treatment?

TooMuchToDoTooLittleInclination · 11/09/2022 07:37

No.

how do you feel in the daytime?

Yorkshirebornandbread · 11/09/2022 07:39

All the time, I’m in the middle of a situation over which I have no control- just can’t see a way out of it.

Hello OP, we are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. You can also go to the Samaritans website or email them on [email protected].

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

Sending you our best wishes Flowers

Hello. I do, so please know you are not alone. It's just so difficult to get any help. I hope things get better for you. Do you want to talk about it?

Loginmystery · 11/09/2022 10:34

You can message me for a chat. Talking might help. It’s never as bad as it seems. All those desperate thoughts and worries will pass. I know it’s trite but it is true.
