I don't think you should give up now. There's lots of people who will care, in your future. Don't take that away from them.

Have a call to the Samaritans for now. See if you can find the energy to do something for someone or something else tomorrow and you will get back much more.

You can learn to care about and value yourself. It's not easy, I know. Don't give up!
