I have been on sertaline for 4 months now and my breast size has increased 1-2 cups.
I have gained a few pounds but normally my breasts aren't affected by weight gain.
I thought it was hormonal but they are big all month now.
I'm not complaining, but is this a noted side effect? Or just from the few pounds weight gain?
