Who advised you to cut down? That’s a big jump. I was advised to reduce it by the very smallest amount possible then stay on that for some weeks.

Sounds like it needs increasing again. Just contact your GP on mon

Withdrawal symptoms mimic the illness so it could just be your brain adjusting to the change in dose. Usually you titrate down really slowly.

Apologies that typing was so poor. Partly phone keyboard and partly lacking any care for anything.

Thr GP person (dont know if theyre a pharmacist or what) reduced it during a 6 month review.

I agreed as I was on 20mg for years and was upped to 30mg when covid times hit me hard. I have been well recently as I decomplicated my life (took poorly paid but less stressful job) and upped exercise. Perhaps some CBT and therapy kicked in / I matured in my thinking too.

Concerned that PMT time is coming. Frustrated I struggle so much - I just want to have fewer mental challenges and more resilience.

Jurrassicpark it may be a clue I am better on 30mg but it may be withdrawal and I neer to wait?

I guess I could call GP but I am thinking I should give it a good go. I believe he was to call me in 6 weeks anyway. MH is so hard and you feel so isolated and I am beating myself up for not being "well" anymore as I have (largely) for the past year.

Thanks you for responses 🙁
