RTMS treatment - anyone had experience?

I've come across a clinic that advertises this as an non medical treatment for bipolar. It costs £££ - to be honest, I am willing to take out a loan to pay for it if it works, but am dubious as to whether it is just snake oil.

I was looking at this for my ADHD-related dysthmia and OCD (with a side of crippling insomnia) just the other day. If I knew it was likely to work, I’d pay but I couldn’t find much on the internet to convince me. You do need to continually ‘top it up’ I think too (IIRC)…
