My brother has had multiple episodes of psychosis and is currently hospitalised (he's on month 3/4). They have said he has schizophrenia but he has not been formally diagnosed yet. He is on the depo injection given every 2 weeks. What we are finding hard is that he just doesn't seem much better. He is less aggressive but is a shadow of the person he used to be at age 24. He has had a few day visits but spends them all in bed. He is still talking to himself and blaming us and genuinely believes he is fine. We are starting to wonder if he will ever get better or is this him now? This started around 3 years ago, before that he had some anxiety but nothing major.
