Mothering inner child - advice?

Does anyone know any good websites or articles etc please? Because of some issues with my own mum, I have sometimes looked for mother figures in adult life. I have had a very difficult few years and am now very very attached to one right now, which is generally lovely BUT I am aware of wanting more than she can give and I don’t want to overburden her or turn a reciprocal friendship into something too dependent. I am in danger of becoming a bit obsessed by her tbh which is not good. I am having very helpful therapy (and lots of support from other friends and lovely DH- tho am too embarrassed to acknowledge my feelings about my mother figure to them) but I need to work on parenting and caring for myself a bit and would love to hear any recommendations of websites etc anyone has found useful. Thank you.

There are loads but this is a favourite of mine;

Also this video on core beliefs is very helpful;

The closest I have is Crappy Childhood Fairy on youtube, she's wise as anything.

I've also found it useful to develop an inner father voice too, for bravery, discipline, pride etc.
