Increasing fluoxetine for agoraphobia

Hi all, I'm on 20mg of fluoxetine and have been for about 10 years. It's really helped with ocd, mild depression and extreme generalized anxiety, so much so that I live a relatively normal life now.

I have a weird type of agoraphobia where by I have "safe zone" of about 10 miles in a couple of directions so I can still go to work everyday, shopping, nights out etc. but I haven't had a holiday in 15 years. Not even in the UK!

I've been researching meds to take in a crisis should I want to try and push myself like propranolol and the drowsy antihistamines but ideally, I don't want to even get to that point! And I don't really have bodily panic, it's all internal and in my mind.

I just want to be able to drive on the motorway to a nice UK break without having such extreme anxiety that I end up disassociating and being in a state Of depersonalization (trauma reaction to panic) because this can last for weeks.

I suppose my question is an increase in meds going to help or has anyone found any as and when meds that calm the mind thst are not benzodiazepines?
