Anxiety child book recommendation?

Just wondered if anyone has a recommendation for any books that help a child with anxiety OR that help an adult to help a child? There are loads of books/workbooks etc, but I'd prefer a recommendation as I suspect the quality differs widely.

We used ‘what to do when you worry too much’ . The author Dawn Huebner has written a really good series related to different childhood emotions. There are good explanations in child friendly language and activities to go alongside.

What age is the child? Ds is now leaving primary school, but we've been working with the school & using a book called starving the anxiety gremlin. There's bits to read & bits to do, we've found it really very good, it's helped ds work out his feelings & why he is feeling like that, also what his triggers are etc. good luck, anxiety is a bastard!

I would also recommend what to do when you worry too much. My child was 8 when we used it.

Thanks, will have a look at these. I really should have mentioned the child's age, they're 8.
