Yet another post about this but really struggling and traffic has stopped on other post.

Day 24 of taking it and I still feel absolutely awful. Tiredness, intrusive thought and anxiety heightened, physically shaking and basically look absolutely dreadful.

I thought at this stage I would start to feel better, I was on 10mg for 2 weeks then moved up to 20mg. I don’t think I could hack this feeling much longer, i honestly don’t. Has anyone else felt like this at this stage but it was got better? Is it possible it’s not agreeing with me and I need to change?

Thanks in advance 💐

Hi @Painintheass22 im going through a similar situation. I’ve been on 20mg for 2 weeks but feel awful. Had 3 days last week where I thought I was over the bad part but now it’s all kicked back in again. I’ve been on citalopram before and they worked wonders but this time I have so many side effects I am starting to doubt them. Tremors, anxiety heightened, Panic attacks, feeling quite short of breath. Etc. meditation seems to help a bit as I can feel my breathing slow whilst doing it.
