Cymbalta friends

Hi,

Proud, depressed father to DD at 13 months.

I've been on Cymbalta for more than a year. Current dosage is 120 mg/day, recently inreased from 90 mg. I'm feeling a bit more energetic but that may just be due to expectation.
Not sure what to expect... Kind of feeling like this is my last resort. Over the last odd 10 yrs I have tried Seroxat, Effexor, Mirtazapine, Nefadar, Buspar and Anafranil. None have worked wonders so far. Guess what I would really like is a drug that could lift my mood substantially but I fear that only street drugs can do that.

Anybody else on Cymbalta?

Not sure what the brand names are in the UK, but the substance is called Duloxetine. Here's a link to wikipedia for your conveniance:

No experiance of the drug you are on but feeling you needed abit of company.

Street drugs only lead to more problems so keep away from them.

I find no drug ever works wonders and to a certain extent I've just learned to except how I am and muddle through each day the best I can.

Do you get much exercise? I find that if I'm not v active I feel worse than if I force myself to do something.
