I had a very severe panic attack recently, really felt like I was having a stroke and was going to die. I couldn't move, my arms and legs were in spasm. The days after I had incredible muscle aches, which I guess makes sense . But still can't get the image of feeling like I was dying out of my head. Any techniques to help?
