This weekend I went out on a hen party for the first time in 7 years alone without my partner, we have a 1 year old son and I've only left him a handful of times always with his dad, I've been out for food with friends before and had abit of anxiety but nothing major, when I was out this weekend I had 4 drinks and all of sudden I started to get physical pain in my arms and chest and I could feel my heart beating so loud, I went outside and it just got worse, I thought ide been spiked because I had no idea what was happening to me and what brought it on, I was having fun so I thought. the pain only got worse after that I honestly thought I was having a heart attack, I've never experienced anything like that in my life and it lasted close to an hour, I couldn't walk, my head was dizzy, I felt sick, my chest hurt, my neck hurt, my arms and my back hurt, I felt like my neck and chest was closing on me and I was dying, a security guard had to help me as I was in a state and my partner came to pick me up, soon as he arrived I was fine!
Since it's happened im so anxious it's going to happen again, I keep worrying what if it happens when im driving with my son in the car, I havnt felt myself since. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?
