Private diagnose?

Can anyone recommend somewhere preferably online that can do a mental health assessment and diagnose? I've had one previously via the nhs a long time ago. I feel I need another one now and know the nhs waiting time are extremely long at the moment so want avoid that if possible, thank you for any advice

What kind of diagnosis are you looking for?

A mental health assessment, I have a formerly diagnosed anxiety disorder and depression. I think there may be other things going on though and it would possibly help with treatment options to be reassessed. My last one was a long time ago now.

Can you not see your GP? They can help with anxiety and depression and get you a referral if they think you need one.

Yes my last assessment was done via the gp but the wait times are very long for everything at the moment and even getting an appointment is a struggle in itself here.

I don't have private health insurance I just wanted to pay privately to see someone that can diagnose.

Phoenix Mental Health services in Bucks are reputable, they offer online psychiatric assessments too i believe.

It might be worth contacting your GP alongside looking for private options. I was recently referred to the mental health team for another assessment and only waited 2 weeks.
