Citalopram changed my life. I was on 40mg Citalopram for 3 years until I came off it last November.
Felt ok for a while but started to notice some of my tell tale signs starting to creep in over the last couple of months. Spoke to GP this morning who agreed I should go back on it. Prescribed 20mg to start.

Im really nervous about going back on them tomorrow and having to settle on them again. Didn’t help that none of my local pharmacies stock my old faithful brand so I’ll be taking a new brand. I cant be sure why I’m so nervous, it did wonders for me last time but I just feel sick with nerves starting again on a brand I’ve never taken before.

Good luck!!

I take various medicines and after Brexit I ended up getting totally different brands to before. It was a bit weird at first but am used to it now. One medicine I usually had capsules, but then it switched to tablets for a bit! It still did the trick though. I hope it all goes well for you 🙂

How did you find it? I’ve just started taking 20mg after being off for 6 months and switched to mirtazapine but that didn’t work so back on citalopram.
