I suffer with anxiety but it has become worse since being pregnant (4 weeks), I’m worrying so much about having a miscarriage. What can I do to ease my mind?

Hi,
Would booking a private reassurance scan help ease your mind? I know a lot of people do this to help with those first few weeks.
Theyre widely available and are usually about £50. Around 6 weeks is a good time as things are often too small to see before this point!
