Dealing with flashbacks / dissociation

Does anyone have good tips for dealing with these? I've had a massive (though not very traumatic) flashback - It sounds really minor I know, but the feelings are colossal and I've dissociated for several hours. I am trying to piece together what I have done (definitely spoke to 111 at some point, and the ambulance service but unsure why, definitely have fallen off my bike, definitely ordered a take away).

I am feeling so grim and icky and I think it may still be flashback feelings rather than actual feelings but I cannot get it to stop. I've tried warm shower, cold shower, jigsaw, colouring, run, holding ice...

I use a grounding box when I disassociate. Try looking for 5 things with the same colour, 5 things you cab touch, what can you smell (I have a lavender bag in my box for this). Sorry you're going through this disassociating is horrible.
