Sertraline and diarrhoea

Has anyone had issues with diarrhoea whilst on this? I've had to ask my gp to switch me to something else because I've been completely caught out a couple of times with no signs/warning before. Can they move me straight onto something else?

Unfortunately yes. I read online that it is a listed side effect. I got caught out a few times almost. I ended up stopping them but that was because I had other bad side effects. I don’t know maybe there are other brands out there that might be more suited, can you ask your GP?

Yes it's certainly an experience! I've done an online consult today to ask about moving to something different.
