Since having Covid in Feb which physically wasn’t that bad, however since my infection my Anxiety, OCD, has gone through the roof over 2 months now. I’ve been on a very low dose of Citalopram 10mg since 2018 and decided to go up to 20mg 2.5 weeks ago, still haven’t seen any changes, if anything I feel worse, nausea, no appetite, anxiety, teary, v low mood. I know with all SSRIs it gets worse before it gets better, does anyone have any experience of how long it takes etc? It’s been 18 days since I upped the dose.
