I have recently hady dose moved from 150mg to 200mg per day. I am now unable to climax. At all. Has anyone got any suggestions about how to resolve this?

I’ve been on and off SSRIs and found they work like a chemical castration, thankfully all goes back to normal when I stop.

Thanks. That's really annoying!

Yep, sorry OP - I've never been on any anti-depressant that allowed an orgasm. It sucks.

Wellbutrin doesn’t seem to cause the same but I’m not sure if it’s still difficult to get for depression in the UK.

I had that on all the SSRIs I tried. I don't get it with Amitriptyline but that does come with its own side effects although mine have been minimal.

DH had this problem on Sertraline. Was much better on Citalopram.

I really wanted to try this but my GP said that's not possible on the NHS, or perhaps even in the UK. Apparently it's only licensed for use as a smoking cessation aid here? Not sure if a private Dr would be able to prescribe it but I don't have the budget for private to find out.
