Sertraline - what dose?

Currently on Sertraline, have been on it for over 2 years.

My anxiety is just getting worse and worse though. I'm 46, but doctors.dont think it's menopause related.

I'm thinking of asking to increase my dosage because I'm just not coping.

Curious to know what dosage others.are.on, as I'd rather not be on it at all, let alone increase it.

Im on 150mg but I also take mirtrapzine ar night. A lot of awful things have happened in the last year and this regime feels right. I started on 50mg a long time ago but events mean I needed more. I personally would be happily on it for life it kept me sane. Sertraline might not bw the right drug for you though.

Thankyou. I didn't get on with citalopram, can't afford to mess up my meds as I work with children. Currently on 100mg.

Am on 50g which seems fine at the moment
