Coming off Fluoxetine

I've been on 20mg of Fluoxetine for a year now.
About 5 weeks ago I dropped down to one every other day, then went to 1 every 3rd or 4th day, then my last one was 10 days ago now.
I've heard it can take a while for side effects to kick in. I do/have had headaches, light headedness in the past couple of weeks but am wondering if I should be expecting "brain zaps" and other things I've read?

Hi @Lostoldusername, it seems to vary so much from person to person that it's difficult to say whether you will experience withdrawal symptoms or not. A year isn't long compared to many so hopefully you won't get any of the side effects, especially as you have tapered the dosage.

Hi you may be fine- it is meant to be one of the easier ones to come off due to it's long half life
