Feel so so unwell

I feel so unwell at the moment and also feel really frightened today. Have been discharged from NHS mental health services because I'm "stable". I couldn't feel any further from that. I managed to force myself to have a shower but now gone back to bed. Going to try and force myself to get up again at 1pm. I'm so worried that I will never get better and I can't live life like this feeling so poorly all the time.

Please don’t panic about not feeling better yet.
Take things slowly and one step at a time. It’s fantastic that you’ve managed to get showered- that’s a big step.
You’re doing the right thing in take small steps at a time. Did you manage to get up at 1? Don’t worry if you didn’t!
I’d say to keep going, set small tasks for yourself like shower by 10:30, rest for a bit, get up for 12 to make some lunch. Then rest. Just keep giving yourself tasks with big breaks in between and don’t panic yourself if you needed an extra half hour before completing.
One thing that was previously suggested to a friend was a journal. Each day she wrote in her journal, sometimes it was positive, sometimes it wasn’t but it helped her tk get the feelings out. Each Sunday she would set a list of things she’d like to have completed by the following Sunday such as going for a walk or watching a film.
You are on the road to recovery, it will take a little time but you are doing incredibly well!
