Wanted to share something good so I am

I've got PND and since DS was born (a year ago tomorrow ) I've not got excited about things like birthdays (mine, DH's) and Christmas, even though I wanted to.

I've been taking antidepressants for about 2 months now and although things aren't perfect, I've been feeling more like me.

Yesterday was DS's birthday party and it was lovely. I really enjoyed it (as did he) and it was such a good feeling realising I'd really enjoyed it.

Looking forward to his birthday tomorrow as well
