Anyone ever wake up with the feeling of wanting to completely switch off?

Recently I have had a few , I don't want to clean, work or engage at all.

I am someone who gets anxious if I have things to do(I like a list, it helps keep my mind tidy) so today my house is a mess, I have so much work to do but I can't. Sat here wondering what is wrong with me!

That is called demand avoidance - where you can't bring yourself to do things and/or it distresses you to be asked even if you hypothetically want to get them done. Everyone feels it sometimes, some people have it a lot or even all the time (at which point it can be a disability). If you are naturally inclined to be demand avoidant but you get a lot of demands for a long period without breaks, or are stressed in other ways, you may start to feel demands more acutely in a kind of burnout.
