How on earth do you come out the other side, I can't remember who I was before it seems like I have felt like this for so long. Has anyone else had this any over come it?

Hi @MissTT85, how many months are you post partum? Are you talking with your GP / health visitor about your depression?

Hi MissTT85

I didn't want to read and run. Are you talking to anyone in real life? The GP or health visitor? As someone who suffered with PND, I can honestly say you will come out the other side. Xxx

Oh it's the worst @MissTT85. I'm so sorry you're going through it. I did come through the other side after a truly hideous bout and now I'm incredibly close to my daughter, and have coped with the death of my husband and now single parenting, two things I couldn't ever have imagined dealing with when I was ill (I could barely cope with standard parenting). It's the worst thing I've ever been through, I really believe that, but it DOES get better.

Are you getting professional help? Medication was pretty life-changing for me.
