Hi. I'm 10w+4d . I was happy to be fall pregnant however the physical toll of it doesn't make me enjoy pregnancy. I have terrible naseau which keeps me bedridden some days. I can't eat anything and feel to exhausted to have a shower most days. Is it normal to feel this bad? I love my unborn child but the physical changes are getting me down. I vomit any meats I eat and feel knackered everyday. So dehydrated and having headaches. Any advice?

Hi, I honestly understand how you feel. I absolutely hated being pregnant until the nausea disappeared (around 20 weeks - I have a phobia of sick). I spent most of that time in bed unable to move or eat for pure fear. Have you spoken to your GP about anti sickness meds? It could help as guarantee you will feel better if you can get a bit more food/drink down you. Really feel for you as I know how awful it can be.

Hi, Thankyou so much. I've actually been prescribed cyczline going to start today, fingers crossed I get some improvement. Today, I tried ice lollies and helped me a little bit. Thankyou for making me not feel so alone, felt ignored by doctors sometimes when I said I was struggling with pregnancy. Hope your having a good daySmile
