Sons health should I be worried

So my son has always had problems with swollen lymph nodes had a scan and told nothing to worry about but now has some in his groin which was causing pain. Gp wanted him to get bloods done which he did was told the nature of the test would be rushed through and get results tomorrow. So worried as she never said what it could be and left with my anxiety through. Has anyone else experienced this
