hi all
i've recently started on sertraline (25mg) to help with generalised anxiety and specifically emetophobia. obviously, one of the most common side effects being nausea sort of defeats the calming purpose of the sertraline! i've had quite bad nausea for the past 5 months, physical tests all ruled out an actual problem so the doc thinks it is the phobia itself causing it. was given cyclizine hydrochloride for when i needed to take it.
is there anyone out there who has experience of being on SSRIs and an anti-emetic? can they be used together? i forgot to ask my doctor and want to be prepared in case i start feeling awful (no nausea so far on day two but know it could get worse..)
