Long story but will try and keep it short.

Stxw left me and dd7 nearly 3 weeks ago.

She has a temper with me and dd and I have had to report her to authorities.

CIPS spoke to dd7 yesterday and she disclosed being smacking and shouted at etc which backs up some of the things I have told them.

Stxw wants dd7 for 4 nights per week. If this gets referred to SS she won't be able to which is fine.

I am just Worried sick as stxw has a mental health problem. Psychologist from CIPS said from an email stxw had sent her that she is clearly unwell.

I am worried incase she does something stupid like take her own life. I am struggling to get this out of my head.

Please help

I am by no means an expert on this kind of situation, but firstly want to reassure you and say you are doing the right things. You are not responsible for someone else's behaviour. Raise your concerns and perhaps try to direct her towards someone who can help or tell social services. You have to protect your daughter and that should be your priority.

I'd love to sell them. Stbxw is not responding any of my attempts to contact. I can't afford a solicitor etc...I am at a loss as what to do

You can get a free first chat with a solicitor if you ring round.

Can anyone else help with my increasing anxieties?

What makes you think she would do it? Does she have form?
What is your relationship with her like? Can you talk to her?

She texted me a few weeks ago saying for me not to contact her and her family about her whereabouts and that she is safe.

So she doesn't want to talk to me at all.

She has a plan that she will have dd for 4 nights per week. I now how the authorities involved and her plan won't go ahead.

I an worried this will tip her over the edge
