Just thought you should know you're doing an amazing job.

It's the hardest thing in the world to get up and keep fighting every day when your mind is working against you. But I promise you it's worth it.

Turn OFF the news. You don't need to take on that extra burden when your mind is too heavy already. Sure, send good wishes/ prayers/ support to people in areas of conflict. But don't feel guilty about protecting yourself by limiting your exposure it negativity. You getting depressed further won't change the situation there. Step back and reclaim your peace.

Your best is good enough today. You may not be where you want to be yet, but you will. Sending love from a random internet stranger.

Thank you! Especially the bit about our best being good enough for today even if it is not THE best.

Maybe today I can't be a super fun mum, stimulating warm friend, good daughter and granddaughter, exciting sexy wife, successful professional and responsible world citizen all at the same time.

I'm overweight. Im unfit. I'm down. My DH has gently said I'm getting fatter and he is worried about it. I take no exercise, no fresh air and eat too much rubbish.

I'm worried about some of the things I do to myself and family but not sure if I can stop.

But hey. I'm taking my lad to jet wash the car which he loves 🙂 🚗 as do I.

Love to all.
