Hi.
I've been saving money for a while now. My intentions are to move out and also buy a car once I have my license. I had a christmas temp job and knew when it was ending so I was looking for permanent PT work during that but had no luck (still looking and applying). I'm a FT student so only have time for PT work. I really want to move out from home. It's just (and always has been) me and my mom. I love my mom and think she's amazing but I can't help but feel like I'm an inconvenience to her and am holding her back from living life because as long as I'm home, she'll have to pay more money for both of us to live (I do pay £300 to her monthly though from maintenance loan). My mom's also in a relationship but she is overly private about it so I've never met the guy (together almost 4 years) and while I'm at home she doesn't invite him over, she just goes to his place. I also feel really bad about this because I feel like she is just restricting herself and there isn't anywhere close to me that I could go to give my mom space for her and her partner. I want to do right by my mom and make sure she is living her life the way she wants and I don't want to be her burden anymore.
Any tips? (Besides getting a job as I'm working on that :) )
