Anti anxiety meds that don’t make you gain weight

Are there any? I was on Sertraline for about two years (50mg) and gained about 20lbs, didn’t drop off once I’d come off them.. it’s taken me ages to drop the weight but now I’m feeling really bad mentally and would really like to have that reset that the meds can give you for 6 months or so…

I'm going to sertraline now and it's really tough thinking about the possible weight gain. Following with interest!

For me it's a trade off- managing my weight is easier than being an anxious mess
