Supplements for low mood/anxiety?

Are there any supplements that help with this?

I’m not bad enough to go to the Dr and just wondering if there is anything I could do to help? I’m going to start doing some exercise as well.

I already take Vit D and Magnesium.

Check the back of the packet as some heart conditions & liver, I think aren't compatible but I'm tangibly less anxious after a liquorice tea. It takes the bubbles out of my chest and let's me breathe deeply again

I would still go to your GP to get a blood test to check your levels.

I believe st.johns wort is meant to be good. Commonly used is Germany. But do not take with other anti depressants.

I have the Mirena Coil and I don’t think I can take it?

Levels for deficiencies? I’m 45 so could be peri menopause I suppose? I have a Mirena Coil so I’m not sure what my natural periods would be up to (I have no periods on the coil)
