Recently started CBT and Citalopram.
Had a traumatic childhood and it’s kinda caught up with me. I think the time throughout lockdown, moving house, changing job as given me so much time to think….. I’ve realised that I put things in a box and block it out.
Guess my post is to ask if anyone has felt so low…. and not in control of your emotions… but treatment has helped.
I just want to feel content.
