Does anyone suffer with teeth grinding and have any tips on how to stop it?

I have never suffered until a traumatic event a few months back where I found a family member that had died suddenly.

Me, have had it for years but has got much worse after a traumatic 12 months. I'm waiting for a mouth guard to arrive, it was expensive but very thin which will hopefully work, all the other guards I've used are so thick and uncomfortable!

Magnesium supplements really really helped me

Mouth guards fitted by the dentist help sooo much. Massage the tense muscles too, with your thumb, jaw open

Thank you
